ASTOVOT is an institution with an updated, focused vision on durable support and development. ASTOVOT focuses on a reinforcement of its entity based on voluntaries and goodwill, by training a new generation of unemployed but qualified young people, and on stimulating the self-support of vulnerable local communities. ASTOVOT maintains for both major objectives active partnerships on regional, national and international level.
We envision a strategic reform in order to carry out our ambition to present ourselves as a credible institution with a gro

wing capacity taking care of local development.
Our aims can be stated as follows:

  1. Reinforcement of institutional and operational capacities at the service of local communities;
  2. Development of exchanges and partnerships on national, sub-regional and national level, including networks of NGO’s and volunteer organisations.
  3. Creation of a group of young volunteers taking care of local development activities.
